One of the most important questions in usability engineering is how effectively a product can be used in order to reach a certain goal, and what problems may arise.
We evaluate this question in the lab or actual usage environment by performing video analysis on a representative user group, for instance. This technology is generally combined with a survey and other techniques.
The report compiled on the basis of the evaluation serves as a guide for further development.
