With increasingly strong competitive pressure from similar products, concepts need to offer more than an (unmanageable) array of “cool, new” features if they are to be successful in the long term. Instead, they need a high level of quality, impressive design and outstanding user-friendliness.
We analyse existing systems for usability, bearing in mind the purpose and usage pattern. In addition, we design and evaluate new approaches to the interaction between user and system.
